When institutional logics meet: Alignment and misalignment in collaboration between academia and practitioners

Abstract This paper explains the institutional logics of academia, and practitioners within industry government, as well alignment misalignment that occurs when these actors collaborate. is achieved by building on theories logics, whilst conducting an explorative case study a circular economy cluster from Tampere Region Finland. offers three main contributions: First, convergence divergence industry, academic can lead to at levels: actor-type, relationship, system levels.
